Areas of Care
Psychiatric care is rarely about a single diagnosis. Anxiety, attention difficulties, mood changes, and everyday stress often overlap, and understanding how they interact is an important part of finding the right treatment.
At Viewpoint Integrative Psychiatry, we provide individualized psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, OCD, and mood-related concerns. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, with attention to the whole person and the role that medication can play alongside therapy.
Appointments are available in Westwood, NJ, and through telehealth across New Jersey and New York.

1
Adult ADHD
ADHD in adults often extends beyond difficulty concentrating. It can affect organization, motivation, emotional regulation, and the ability to manage everyday demands. Treatment focuses on understanding how these challenges affect your life and finding an approach that supports both functioning and well-being.
2
Anxiety & OCD
Anxiety and OCD can show up as persistent worry, overthinking, intrusive thoughts, or a mind that never seems to quiet down. At Viewpoint, treatment focuses on understanding these patterns and finding an individualized approach to medication management that complements therapy and supports everyday functioning.
3
Mood & Emotional Well-Being
Depression doesn't always look like sadness. It can show up as low motivation, emotional exhaustion, irritability, or a loss of interest in things that once felt meaningful. Treatment considers the relationship between mood, sleep, stress, physical health, and life circumstances, with medication management tailored to individual needs and goals.
4
Women’s Mental Health
Hormonal changes can influence mood, anxiety, sleep, concentration, and overall emotional well-being. From reproductive transitions to perimenopause and menopause, women's mental health deserves an approach that recognizes the connection between hormones, physical health, and psychological well-being. Treatment considers these overlapping factors to guide thoughtful, individualized medication decisions.
