Exploring Healing
Through
Psychedelic Medicine
Psychedelic-assisted therapy offers a powerful opportunity for deep healing and transformation. At Viewpoint, we offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) in a safe, supportive setting to help clients find relief, clarity, and growth.
What is KAP?
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the use of low-dose ketamine with therapeutic support. Ketamine works by enhancing neuroplasticity, the brain’s ability to form new connections, making it easier to step out of rigid thought patterns and emotional loops. In this state, clients often find it possible to access new perspectives, process emotions more fully, and break free from cycles of depression, anxiety, or trauma.
What makes KAP different is the partnership between medicine and therapy: the medication opens a window of possibility, and the therapeutic process helps turn that opening into lasting growth and change.

What to Expect
A KAP journey unfolds in several stages, each designed to ensure the process is safe, intentional, and supportive. It begins with a comprehensive evaluation to confirm whether KAP is the right fit. From there, we move into preparation, where clients set intentions, ask questions, and become familiar with what to expect. During the ketamine session itself, which typically lasts 45–90 minutes, clients are supported in a calm, monitored environment and may experience expanded awareness, a sense of calm detachment, or new perspectives that create space for meaningful emotional work. Finally, integration sessions provide the opportunity to process insights from the experience and translate them into sustainable change in daily life.

Safety and Support
At Viewpoint, your well-being is our highest priority. Every KAP journey begins with careful screening to ensure safety and appropriateness. Sessions are conducted under medical supervision, with a trauma-informed and compassionate approach. We also maintain close collaboration with your therapist to ensure that KAP strengthens, not replaces, the therapeutic work you are already doing. Our goal is to provide a safe container where healing can unfold and where both you and your therapist feel supported throughout the process.
