Initial evaluations are typically conducted via video, with in-person appointments available when clinically appropriate.

02 · We’ll Review Your Request

We’ll review your screening information to determine whether our services are a good fit. Your appointment request is not confirmed until approved.

03 · Complete Your Intake

Once approved, you’ll receive additional intake paperwork and consent forms to complete before your first appointment.
