Create an account and select Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (video) to schedule your first appointment. You will be able to choose a time and complete your intake forms through the portal.

 

Returning clients

Log in to schedule follow-up appointments, complete paperwork, or manage your care.

Most appointments are conducted virtually through our secure telehealth platform.

 

Clients seeking treatment with stimulant medications may require an initial in-person evaluation, in accordance with prescribing guidelines. In-person availability is limited.
