How to Schedule
Appointments are scheduled through our secure SimplePractice Patient Portal.
New clients
Create an account and select Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (video) to schedule your first appointment. You will be able to choose a time and complete your intake forms through the portal.
Returning clients
Log in to schedule follow-up appointments, complete paperwork, or manage your care.
Before You Schedule
Most appointments are conducted virtually through our secure telehealth platform.
Clients seeking treatment with stimulant medications require an initial in-person evaluation and follow-up visits every three months, in accordance with New Jersey prescribing requirements. In-person appointments are available in Westwood, NJ (Bergen County).
