FAQ
Your first appointment is a full one-hour session with me. This gives us time to go through your story in detail, review your symptoms, and begin creating a treatment plan together. Follow-up visits are usually about 30 minutes, but that first appointment is always longer, so you feel heard and not rushed.
Integrative psychiatry blends conventional psychiatric and biomedical approaches with complementary and functional strategies. It focuses on the whole person, mind, body, lifestyle, and context, rather than just symptoms, so treatment can be more individualized and holistic.
I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and related challenges. I also support clients with psychedelic integration and ketamine-assisted therapy for those already working with a KAP therapist.

I believe in collaboration. With your permission, I may communicate with your therapist via secure messaging or brief notes so we are aligned on goals, changes in symptoms, and any medication adjustments. Everything stays integrated and transparent.
Most of my practice is telehealth. Visits are held remotely for adults in New Jersey and New York. I am currently reserving in person visits for certain cases, such as stimulant evaluations.

No, medication is not the only option. I encourage lifestyle strategies such as sleep, movement, nutrition, and structure alongside medication when appropriate. I do not push pills unless they are needed, and I always try to keep non pharmacologic factors in the conversation.
Yes. I only work with adult patients, 18 y/o and older.
I currently participate with Cigna, Aetna, and select Horizon BCBS PPO. For out-of-network plans, I'll provide you with invoices to submit to your carrier for reimbursement.
If you need to cancel, I ask that you let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, are subject to a $50 fee.
