  • How do I schedule an appointment?
    In order to schedule an appointment please go to the page. A new page will be opened directing you to our scheduling system. New patients, Please follow the instruction and fill out a short pre screening form. Once you submit your information, we'll evaluate your request and will reply promptly.
  • Do you provide Therapy?
    We primarily provide medication management and occasionally supportive therapy. We have a relationship with several area therapists and can provide referrals.
  • How do I schedule a video visit?
    We are using, which is a HIPPA compliant, secured video conference platform. works automatically in popular browsers. No need to download additional software or plugins, or to create an account. Prior to your scheduled appointment, you will recieve a link via email to your provider's personalized room URL (e.g. Simply check in, then wait in the waiting room room until it’s time to start the call.   • Which devices can I use for my video visit?
    You can use a computer, tablet, or smartphone (iPhone, iPad, and Android devices).
  • Do you participate in my insurance plan?
    At this time, we participate with Cigna, Aetna and Horizon BCBS PPO. For out of network, we will provide you with invoices you can submit to insurance carriers for out-of network reimbursement.
  • What is your cancelation policy?
    If you are unable to make an appointment, we kindly ask you to inform us, preferably within 24 hours prior to your appointment. It is our general policy that if an appointment is canceled with less than a 24-hour notice, or you do not come to your appointment, a $50.00 fee will be charged.
